Exhibition stands at Messe Frankfurt

Messe Frankfurt is one of the largest exhibition grounds in Europe and, for many companies exhibiting from Türkiye, the first step abroad. The biggest difference here is not scale but discipline: build-up and dismantling hours are enforced to the minute, hall regulations are detailed, and one late document can stop the work entirely. German venues require separate documentation for stand height, rigging, electrical supply, floor loading and fire classification, and most deadlines fall weeks before the fair. We handle that paperwork. The only thing we need from the exhibitor is timely decisions — particularly where a double-decker stand or suspended rigging is involved. Production is completed in our Istanbul workshop. The stand is fully assembled there, goes through a lighting and fitting test, is dismantled and shipped. Road freight to Europe and the ATA Carnet formalities are ours, under a single contract. We plan backwards from the fair date. Customs time on European routes is shorter than transatlantic ones but never zero, and a delay cannot be recovered, so production closes noticeably earlier. Our own crew installs; we do not send a subcontractor who has never seen the stand.
