Purpose-built for the project

Custom timber means shaping the stand around your brand rather than around a catalogue. Panel sizes, niche depths, counter heights — all are drawn for the project and CNC cut. The dimensional constraints you have to accept in modular systems do not exist here. Surface quality is decisive in this system. Laminate, wood veneer, painted MDF and stone-textured surfaces can sit together on the same stand; edge bands and joint lines are hidden through detailing. That is why visitors read the stand as made rather than assembled. Across thirteen projects we have applied it from an 8 m² corner stand to a 105 m² island. The advantage grows with scale: on a wide surface, modular panel joints become visible, while a purpose-built surface stays uninterrupted. Production is completed in our Istanbul workshop, where the stand is fully assembled, passes a lighting test and has every surface colour-checked before it travels. On international jobs this pre-assembly is not negotiable — a timber stand erected for the first time in the hall puts build night at risk.

Custom timber or a system stand?
In a system stand the load-bearing grid is fixed; dimensions follow that grid and the build is quick. A custom timber stand is drawn for your brand instead — panel sizes and niche depths belong to the project, and production happens in the workshop. The difference shows on wide surfaces: system panel joints stay readable, while a purpose-built surface runs uninterrupted.
What floor areas do you build a Custom Timber Build stand for?
We work in the 20-500 m² range, and 13 published projects on this site are of this type. What decides the layout is not the area but how many sides are open and what you want to show on the walls; we use the same system on a small corner stand and on an island in the middle of the hall.
How long does a Custom Timber Build stand take to build?
The build in the hall takes 2-5 days; the schedule of the hall matters as much as the size of the stand. Our own crew does the build, and we take the dismantle at closing too.
How does the process work for a Custom Timber Build stand?
We start with the floor area, the open sides and the fair date, then draw the design. Once it is approved the stand is produced in the workshop and built in the hall to the fair calendar; at closing, our crew dismantles it.
