Exhibition stands in Turkey

The Turkish fair calendar is busy and no two halls are alike: Istanbul’s large fairgrounds, the specialist fairs in Anatolia and the congress centres all work to different technical regulations. Height limits, rigging permits, electrical and fire rules differ from hall to hall; we prepare that paperwork and handle the correspondence with the organiser. Production is completed in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. On domestic jobs that proximity is a concrete advantage: a part found missing on build night can be on site by morning. Abroad that flexibility does not exist, and the schedule is closed earlier to compensate. The stands we have delivered range from 8 m² to 110 m², built in both custom timber and the maxima modular system. Which one fits is decided together, by looking at your fair calendar and how many sides of the stand are open. Build and dismantle are ours. When the fair closes our crew takes the stand down and clears the space; the exhibitor has nothing to take on at that stage.
