The build in the hall takes 1-2 days; the schedule of the hall matters as much as the size of the stand. Our own crew does the build, and we take the dismantle at closing too.

In a modular system the stand is assembled from a pre-manufactured family of profiles and panels. That means the design is drawn inside dimensional constraints: wall heights and panel widths follow the system’s increments. In return, the build is faster and surface quality stays at a fixed factory standard. The system works best where the design is carried by graphics and light rather than by mass. A clean panel surface is an ideal ground for large-format print; the brand’s colour and message read across the wall without interruption. For a scheme that needs bespoke niches, curved surfaces or a stepped ceiling, custom timber is the better fit. The choice between modular and timber usually comes down to three questions: how many days are left before the fair, how many sides of the stand are open, and whether what the brand wants to say lives on the surface or in the mass.
