Exhibition stands at ATO Congresium

ATO Congresium in Söğütözü, Ankara, is the fair and congress centre owned by the Ankara Chamber of Commerce. The calendar here differs noticeably from Istanbul: events where a congress and an exhibition run together dominate, and the visitor profile leans towards public procurement officials, professional chambers and academia. That profile shapes the stand directly. Instead of a showy structure trying to stop passing visitors, an enclosed area that can carry a scheduled meeting is more useful. A presentation screen, a table for reviewing documents and a quiet seating section often take up half the stand — in Ankara this is the norm rather than an exception. Because the congress halls and the exhibition floor share one building, build-up and dismantling windows are tight: the slots available while the programme is running are short. We plan the schedule accordingly and close production noticeably earlier. Production is completed in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The stand is fully assembled and checked there before it travels, and the road distance to Ankara makes the build schedule comfortable. Our own crew installs, and we handle the documents the hall regulations require along with the correspondence with the organiser.
