Building at ATO Congresium: our experience

ATO Congresium sits in Söğütözü, in the Çankaya district of Ankara, and hosts congresses and trade fairs under one roof. Our routine here is the same as at any fair: we draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, run a trial assembly and a lighting test there, number the parts and ship them to Ankara. When we walk into the hall the job is assembly, not production, which is why the stand is ready on the morning of the opening even when the build window is short. Hall rules and build hours come from the organiser’s technical file; the correspondence with the hall management is ours.

We built a 36 square metre custom timber stand for Pcs Test, a test equipment manufacturer. A company that makes test equipment needs a solid bench where the machine runs all day and a proper power line feeding it; we lean towards custom timber for this kind of work because the bench and the cable route can be drawn freely around the product. Trade fairs at this venue

Our calendar for ATO Congresium currently has the Kalite Quality Fair, 4–7 November 2026. The fair page carries the preparation timeline counted back from the opening; for a timber stand, starting 8 weeks ahead gives a comfortable programme. Which stand type

• Custom timber build: equipment bench, lockable cupboard and uninterrupted surfaces at dimensions drawn for your brand; produced in the workshop, built in the hall in 2–5 days.
• Maxima system: printed panels on an aluminium profile grid; built in 1–3 days, our first suggestion when the calendar is tight.
• Portable stand: for the small plots on the congress side of the venue, a set that one person puts up in a short time.

We can draw both of the first two for the same floor area and show them side by side.

How we work
