Exhibition stands at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center

Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Beylikdüzü carries the busiest fair calendar in Türkiye. Two things decide the outcome for an exhibitor: which hall you are in and how many sides of your plot are open. The same floor area performs completely differently on a corner plot near the main entrance axis and in the rear block of a hall. That is why the location should be discussed before the stand is drawn. Ceiling heights and rigging rules differ from block to block. Height permits, rigging applications, electrical drawings and fire certificates are filed with the Tüyap administration in advance, and the deadlines close well before the fair. We prepare this paperwork and handle the correspondence, so the exhibitor is not chasing documents during build week. Our workshop is in Beylikdüzü, a short drive from the venue. In practice this means the stand is fully assembled in the workshop, goes through a lighting and fitting test, is dismantled and then shipped to the hall. When a dimension does not fit on build night, or a part is needed at the last minute, the trip between workshop and hall takes minutes rather than hours. A company travelling in from another city cannot offer the same flexibility. Our own crew installs.
