Exhibition stands in Germany

The Cemer Kent Ekipmanları stand: a spherical climbing unit set on sand, a world-map brand wall behind it and meeting tables in front.

Germany is where Turkish exporters run their busiest fair programme, and its halls are among the largest in the world. That scale is as much a trap as an opportunity: a stand designed at ordinary scale simply looks small in Hannover or Düsseldorf. Setting the fascia and rigging at the right level is what makes a stand read from the far end of the hall. Our thirteen builds range from 25 m² to 182 m²; the largest was a stand open on three sides at Ligna Hannover. We have worked in aluminium, woodworking machinery, construction and chemicals. For every German job, production is completed in our Istanbul workshop, where the stand is fully assembled, passes a lighting test and is dismantled before it travels. A stand erected for the first time in the hall is a surprise waiting to happen; we prefer to have ours in the workshop. We also run freight, customs and the ATA Carnet. German organisers keep strict regulations and application deadlines; we follow those processes on the exhibitor’s behalf.

Logistics note

For installations abroad, freight, ATA Carnet and customs are handled by Akros; the stand is produced in the Turkish workshop and shipped to site.
