The build in the hall takes 4-8 days; the schedule of the hall matters as much as the size of the stand. Our own crew does the build, and we take the dismantle at closing too.

A double-decker is how you get two floors of usable area out of the same footprint. The ground floor is given to display and visitor flow, the upper floor to meetings. In crowded halls the upper level buys you a meeting room away from the noise. With this type, the permit process comes before the design. The organiser asks for a structural calculation report, stair and balustrade details, fire escape provisions and load capacity documents; every fair’s regulations differ and application deadlines are early. Preparing that paperwork and corresponding with the organiser is our job. A second storey is not possible on every plot. Hall height, the rule against blocking neighbouring stands’ visibility, and the plot’s load capacity all decide it; if those three do not line up, a single-storey scheme gives a better result.
