Automotive trade fair stands
The dealer or distributor who walks onto an automotive aftermarket stand wants to see the part, look at its section and ask for the product code. We build the stand for that: a lit product wall that shows the part ranges with their codes, a plinth with a calculated floor load for heavy parts, and a closed table at the back where the dealership is discussed. Chrome and aluminium glare under ceiling light, so the parts wall is lit with directed spots and the product looks the way it does in your catalogue.
What we do for you at automotive fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it with our own crew and take it down afterwards. Graphics and print are ours. The technical file for the hall and, for fairs abroad, the freight, ATA Carnet and customs are ours as well; your power and compressed air needs go into that technical file. You bring the parts and your sales team; we walk the stand together the day before opening.
The product wall is drawn from the weight of the parts: steel-reinforced hangers for brake discs and shock absorbers, slotted panels for filters and small parts, a floor plinth for engines and gearboxes. If equipment is to be shown running, the demo bench is produced with a recessed power duct. For companies hosting many dealers we enlarge the closed room to two tables, while a bar table stays in the open area for short conversations. A lockable back room for catalogues and sample boxes is in the plan.
Which fairs we work at
Automechanika Istanbul runs from 24 to 27 March 2027 at Tüyap; Automechanika Frankfurt from 8 to 12 September 2026 at Messe Frankfurt; at German fairs our Aachen office supports on site. In 2024 we built the 60 square metre maxima stand for Waspo at Automechanika Istanbul; the photograph is on its project page. Both fair pages carry the dates and a preparation timeline.
Which stand type for an automotive stand
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; the parts wall hangs on the aluminium profile; the Waspo stand was built in this type.
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; for stands that want uninterrupted surfaces, recessed lighting and dimensions drawn for the brand.
- Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, built in 3–6 days; the engine or the vehicle goes into the centre of the stand and can be approached from four sides.
How we work
Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free, with a 3D visual; the written budget has three options, scope listed item by item. For a fair abroad such as Automechanika Frankfurt we like to start 8 weeks ahead because freight and customs add to the schedule; for jobs that start later we run an accelerated programme. Frequently asked
- Can we put a vehicle or an engine on the stand?
- Yes. We take the weight and dimensions, do the floor load calculation and design the plinth at the start; the side from which the vehicle enters the stand is drawn on the floor plan and the entry slot is settled with the hall management through the technical file.
- Can you hang heavy parts on the wall?
- For brake discs, shock absorbers and similar heavy parts the hanging wall is steel-reinforced. Send the parts list with weights and the structure is drawn accordingly in the first concept.
- How do we get the stand and the parts to Frankfurt?
- We run the freight, ATA Carnet and customs; the stand and the sample parts travel in the same vehicle. Our own crew builds the stand; our Aachen office supports on the German side. Our exhibition logistics page explains the arrangement.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides, a floor plan if available, the list of part groups you will show and the weight of the heavy ones. Tell us how many tables you want for dealer meetings as well.
