Maxima System exhibition stands

General view of the Eonus stand at EV Charge 2025 in Istanbul: a 25 sqm maxima system build.
Floor area range
12-200 m²
Build time
1-3 days
Construction
System frame, clad panels

The maxima modular system is a construction of 8 × 8 cm posts and 47 cm panel rows. The panel face sits 8 mm proud of the post, so the posts read as fine shadow channels in the wall while the panels come forward. That detail is the system’s visual signature. Its real strength is span. Because long walls can be built without intermediate supports, sightlines stay open across stands above 150 m². Across eighteen projects we have used it from 12 m² to 182 m²; the largest was a stand open on three sides at Ligna Hannover. Build speed is the second advantage. Panel and post connections are boltless; the same crew assembles the same job noticeably faster than in timber. For exhibitors with a tight fair calendar, that means gaining a day on build week. Panels arrive melamine-faced from the factory, so the full decor range is available and every bay can take its own colour. For exhibitors who want to build their brand colour panel by panel, the system is flexible.

Frequently asked

A maxima stand or a custom timber build?
We build both; the choice usually comes down to the calendar and to what goes on the walls. Maxima sits on a ready grid of posts and panels, so when the dimensions agree with that grid both drawing and build get shorter. A custom timber build gives full freedom in dimensions and takes longer to produce. For the same floor area we can draw both and show them side by side.
What floor areas do you build a Maxima System stand for?
We work in the 12-200 m² range, and 18 published projects on this site are of this type. What decides the layout is not the area but how many sides are open and what you want to show on the walls; we use the same system on a small corner stand and on an island in the middle of the hall.
How long does a Maxima System stand take to build?
The build in the hall takes 1-3 days; the schedule of the hall matters as much as the size of the stand. Our own crew does the build, and we take the dismantle at closing too.
How does the process work for a Maxima System stand?
We start with the floor area, the open sides and the fair date, then draw the design. Once it is approved the stand is produced in the workshop and built in the hall to the fair calendar; at closing, our crew dismantles it.
