Automechanika Istanbul 2027 stand builder
A company bringing wheels, batteries, brake pads or workshop equipment to Automechanika Istanbul gets one thing from us: a stand drawn to its own plot, surfaces produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, a build at Tüyap by our own crew and dismantling on the closing evening. Our workshop sits close to Tüyap, so going back and forth to the hall during build week is daily routine rather than a logistics exercise.
What we do for you at Automechanika Istanbul
We start with a three-dimensional concept for your floor area. After your approval we prepare the technical file and send it to the hall management at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center ourselves. Walls, showcases, the product hanging system and a lockable back room are produced in the workshop and go through a trial assembly before they travel. Graphics and print are ours; you send the logo and product images and nothing else.
Automotive parts are heavy and often oily. The wall that carries wheels or exhaust systems is reinforced from behind; batteries and compressors go on floor plinths. If you want to run workshop equipment live we put the power line into the plan from day one and file the power request with the hall. Meeting space matters at this fair: distributor conversations should not happen in the aisle, so a table and, where the area allows, a closed meeting corner go into the plan.
Stands we have built at this fair
In 2024 we built the 60 square metre maxima stand for Waspo at Tüyap. A maxima stand of that size usually goes up in the hall in one to three days. Which stand type
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; our first suggestion for stands built around a product wall.
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; when the brand needs its own form and uninterrupted surfaces.
- Island and corner stands: on plots with two or more open sides the product wall is turned towards the aisle.
Timeline
The fair runs 24–27 March 2027. A comfortable programme starts on 27 January 2027 with the brief, the three-dimensional concept and the budget; design approval and technical file on 10 February, workshop production and print files on 24 February, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 17 March. Build in the hall during fair week, a joint walk-through on 23 March, dismantling on the evening of 27 March. If you come later we first tell you what still fits, then run an accelerated programme. Put the fair name, your floor area and the number of open sides into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours and the first concept is free.

- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Can you hang heavy parts such as wheels and exhaust systems on the wall?
- Yes. The hanging wall is reinforced from behind and the part weight goes into the first step of the design. When you ask for a quote, tell us the heaviest product you will show and how many of them; we draw the wall for that load.
- How do stand height and hall rules work at Tüyap?
- Height, suspended loads and the treatment of walls facing a neighbouring stand all need approval from the hall management. We prepare the technical file and run the correspondence; you only see the outcome.
- Can we get power and compressed air for equipment running live?
- We show the power need on the plan and open the request with the hall ourselves. If you need compressed air we have to know early; where the compressor sits on the stand is decided by its noise.
- How long does the build take and who does it?
- One to three days for a maxima system, two to five for a custom timber build, all by our own crew. Because the stand has already been assembled and taken apart once in the workshop, there are no surprises in the hall. We dismantle on the closing evening as well.
