Exhibition stands at CNR Expo Istanbul

The exhibition stand we built for Doruk Kağıt at CNR Expo Istanbul: curved white fascia, timber-clad screen wall, backlit product panels and white meeting groups.

CNR Expo is one of the venues with the most projects published on this site. Its 11 halls and 98,000 square metres at Yeşilköy are on the same side of Istanbul as our workshop in Beylikdüzü, and that has a direct benefit for you: if a part is missing during the build or a graphic changes at the last minute, it travels from the workshop to the hall the same day. We have published seven jobs here, from a 12 square metre maxima to a 110 square metre timber build, for sectors from traffic signalling to solar, automation to firearms.

Building in the CNR Expo halls: what we have learned

Our largest CNR job is the Solinved 2025 Istanbul exhibition stand, a 110 square metre timber build for SolarEX. The Tandem 2022 Istanbul exhibition stand for Intertraffic was 96 square metres of timber, for a signalling company. On the maxima side, the Yazıcılarav 2025 Istanbul exhibition stand at Prohunt was 60 square metres and the Trex 2024 Istanbul exhibition stand at the Industry 4.0 Fair 42 square metres. At EV Charge Show we built two stands in the same year: Hongfa at 28 and Eonus at 25 square metres. The smallest is the Evafone 2026 Istanbul exhibition stand, a 12 square metre maxima at Petzoo Eurasia.

The routine is the same on all seven jobs: the stand is assembled and taken apart once in the workshop, arrives in the hall as numbered parts, and is built and later dismantled by our own crew. We follow the hall regulations fair by fair, because height limits, rigging permits and power orders are not the same at every event. The technical file is prepared in the form CNR and the organiser ask for, and production does not start without written approval.

Which stand type

Of our seven CNR jobs, two were timber and five were maxima; the choice followed the plot size and the calendar:

  • Maxima system: the type we used on our CNR jobs between 12 and 60 square metres; aluminium grid and printed panels, one to three days in the hall.
  • Custom timber build: the type we chose for Solinved and Tandem; uninterrupted surfaces, dimensions drawn for your brand, two to five days in the hall.
  • Island and corner stands: on a plot with more than one open side we turn the product towards the aisle.

Frequently asked

How long does a build at CNR Expo take, and when do you enter the hall?
One to three days for a maxima stand, two to five for a timber build. The entry time depends on the organiser's build schedule; we learn that at the technical file stage and plan the crew around it.
What happens if something is missing during the build?
Our workshop is in Beylikdüzü, on the same side of the city as CNR; a missing part or a reprinted graphic reaches the hall the same day.
Can you take heavy products and machinery onto the stand?
Yes. We ask for the dimensions and weight when quoting and draw the floor and the structure to match.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides, the hall plan if you have it and a list of the products you will show. Send it through the quote form; we reply within 48 hours, the first concept is free and the written budget comes in three options.
