Exhibition stand builders in Istanbul

If your company is exhibiting in Istanbul, the stand comes to you from inside the city. Our workshop is in Beylikdüzü, close to Tüyap and a city delivery away from CNR Expo. Every stand is trial-assembled before it travels, and anything found missing during the build is completed from the workshop the same day. We deliver around 40 projects a year, and our Istanbul work goes up in these two venues; exhibitors from abroad get the same service with one contact in English.

What we do at Istanbul fairs

We design the stand and send a three-dimensional visual, produce it in the workshop once you approve, build it in the hall with our own crew and dismantle it when the fair closes. The technical file for the hall management, graphics and print, the electrical and lighting plan are ours. You bring your product and your team; we walk the stand together the day before opening and hand it over with a written guarantee.

Tüyap Fair and Congress Center has 13 halls and 120,000 square metres. Here we built the 100 square metre timber stand for Yeniler Etiket at Eurasia Packaging 2025, the 72 square metre timber stand for Karadağ İplik at Iplik Istanbul 2025 and the 60 square metre maxima stand for Waspo at Automechanika Istanbul 2024. CNR Expo Istanbul has 11 halls and 98,000 square metres; the 110 square metre timber stand for Solinved at SolarEX 2025, the 96 square metre timber stand for Tandem at Intertraffic Istanbul 2022 and the 28 and 25 square metre maxima stands for Hongfa and Eonus at EV Charge Show 2025 are ours. Which fairs are coming up

Autumn is busy at Tüyap: Intermob 17–20 September 2026, MAKTEK Eurasia 28 September – 3 October 2026, Eurasia Packaging 13–16 October 2026 and Plast Eurasia 2–5 December 2026. On the CNR side there are ANKIROS 22–24 October 2026, TURKCHEM 25–27 November 2026 and EV Charge Show 26–28 November 2026. The full list is in the fair calendar.

Which stand type for Istanbul

  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build. For heavy products or a brand that needs an uninterrupted surface; the Yeniler Etiket stand is this type.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build. Our usual choice for tight calendars and plots between 25 and 60 square metres; the Grossan, Mazlum Boru and Trex stands are examples.
  • Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, on plots with two or four open sides.

How we work

Put the fair name, the dates, your floor area and the number of open sides into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and the budget frame comes in three options. A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair; because transport inside Istanbul is short, a later job is not lost. We tell you first what can still be done, then run an accelerated programme.

What sets us apart among exhibition stand builders in Istanbul is location and crew: our workshop is in Beylikdüzü, fifteen minutes from Tüyap and an hour from Istanbul Expo Center; a part missing on build night is there by morning.

Frequently asked

Is the process different for Tüyap and Istanbul Expo Center (CNR Expo)?
The stand does not change; the hall rules do. Height limits, build and dismantle hours and technical drawing deadlines are set by each venue’s own regulations; we submit the technical file to the fair management. Our Beylikdüzü workshop is fifteen minutes from Tüyap, and we can make two runs a day to Istanbul Expo Center.
We are exhibiting from abroad — who looks after us in Istanbul?
You have one contact from design approval to handover, and correspondence runs in English. Venue applications, power and rigging requests and all paperwork with the organiser are on us. Our architect is in the hall throughout the build, and we hand over the day before opening.
When should we start for a fair in Istanbul?
At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand. We have worked on shorter notice, but options narrow; we tell you first what can still be done.
What determines the price?
Floor area, stand type (custom timber or maxima system), the number of open sides, height, fittings such as lighting and screens, and the venue rules. Our quote lists the scope item by item, so you see what is included and what is not. We take a brief before quoting, because two stands of the same size can differ a lot.
What happens after the fair?
Dismantling and clearing the space is our job; when the fair closes our crew takes the stand down and you have nothing to do. The stand is built for that one fair; for the next one we take a fresh brief.
Which Istanbul fairs have you built at?
Eurasia Packaging, EV Charge Show, Automechanika Istanbul, SolarEX, Istanbul Prohunt, wire Eurasia and Iplik Istanbul. The projects on this page are part of that work; each one states the fair, the year and the floor area.
Who builds the stand and who follows the hall rules?
Our own crew. Build hours, vehicle access and height limits at Tüyap and CNR Expo arrive with the organiser's file for each fair; we read the file and obtain the technical approval. All you need from us is the day you can come to the stand.
What happens if something is missing in fair week?
A missing part, an extra graphic or additional furniture reaches the hall the same day because the workshop is inside the city. Our crew stays in the hall throughout the build, and you can reach us for the whole run of the fair.
Do you bring our products to the stand as well?
We bring the stand; if you wish, we collect your products from your factory and deliver them to the hall under our exhibition logistics service. If a product is heavy, give us its weight at the quote stage and we draw the floor and the fixings to carry it.
