Exhibition stands in Istanbul

Istanbul is home to both our workshop and our busiest build schedule. Our production facility in Beylikdüzü is an hour from the city’s fair grounds by road, which means a part found missing on build night can still be on site by morning. That flexibility does not exist on international jobs; in Istanbul it does, and we plan around it. The stands we have delivered here range from 8 m² to 110 m². On a small plot, height and light are what create space: raising the fascia and simplifying the floor makes an 8 m² stand read far wider from the aisle. Above 100 m² the problem inverts — the task becomes breaking up the flow and keeping visitors inside. We work in both systems. Custom timber suits exhibitors who want a form shaped precisely to their brand language; the maxima modular system suits those who want clean panel surfaces and a fast build. Which one fits is decided together, by looking at your fair calendar and how many sides of the stand are open. Istanbul’s fair grounds each carry their own technical regulations: height limits, rigging permits, electrical and fire rules differ from hall to hall. We prepare and follow up that paperwork, so exhibitors do not spend build week arguing over specifications.
