How much does an exhibition stand cost?
We do not quote a single per-square-metre price, because what separates two stands of the same size is not the area: the stand type (custom timber or maxima system), number of floors, open sides, enclosed volumes such as storage and kitchen, whether anything is rigged from the ceiling, graphic area and the city of the fair. Our quote lists these as separate lines, so you can see what the budget does when a line is removed. The first concept and the written budget frame are free.
What should an exhibition stand include?
Five things we solve on every stand: an open direction that actually lets visitors in, a display layout that holds the product at the right height, a seated meeting area, an enclosed volume for storage and catering, and an electrical and lighting plan. How much room each takes depends on your floor area and product; we draw all of them in the first concept.
What types of stands do you build?
We build six types: custom timber, maxima system, modular, portable, island and corner, double-decker — plus country pavilions. Which one fits depends on your area, how many fairs you attend and the build time of the hall; the stand types page puts the area range and build time of each side by side.
How long does delivery take?
Eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand and four weeks for a maxima system stand gives a comfortable schedule. For fairs abroad we add a week for freight and customs. We have worked on shorter notice; then we first say plainly what can still be done, and only then start.
Do you also build at fairs abroad?
Yes. We have built stands at fairs in Germany, Italy, France, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and the United States. Freight, the ATA Carnet, customs and the on-site build are in one contract; our Aachen office supports in person on the German side.
We have our own design — can you build it?
Yes. We first read your drawing for buildability: we tell you in writing what needs to change in terms of the load-bearing structure, material thicknesses, fire class and the hall rigging rules. After that production, freight and the build are ours; the design stays yours and we are the party that builds it.
Can we see the stand before the fair?
During design we send three-dimensional visuals and, where useful, an eye-level walkthrough video; your approval is given on those. When production is finished we assemble and photograph the stand in the workshop, and you are welcome to see it in person at our Beylikdüzü workshop. What you see in the hall matches the visual you approved.
Who does the build — do you use subcontractors?
Our own crew does the build. The people who produce the stand are the same people who assemble it in the hall, so when a part is missing or wrong we fix it without waiting for anyone. For fairs abroad the crew travels from us; where local support is needed we say so in advance and write who does what into the contract.
Who dismantles the stand after the fair?
Dismantling is ours too and is included in the quote. We enter the hall at the dismantle slot given by the organiser, take the stand down and leave the space as we found it. We do not work in a way that leaves dismantling outside the quote, because that is where the fair week most often goes wrong.
Can we see examples of your work?
The projects page shows stands we delivered, photographed in the hall; each record lists the fair, city, floor area and stand type. To see work in your own field, start from the industry pages.
