Exhibition stands in Frankfurt

Through Messe Frankfurt, the city carries one of the largest fair calendars in Europe and is the first step abroad for many companies exhibiting from Türkiye. The difference here is discipline more than scale: build-up and dismantling hours are enforced to the minute, hall regulations are detailed, and a late document can stop the work entirely. Height permits, rigging applications, electrical drawings, floor loading and fire classification are all documented separately. Most deadlines fall weeks before the fair, so making design decisions early — particularly if a double-decker stand is being considered — matters more than the budget. We handle the paperwork and the correspondence with the organiser. Because the visitor profile at Frankfurt fairs is multinational, the stand has to address several markets at once rather than one. That is not simply a matter of adding English copy; the order of the product display and the layout of the meeting area change with it. Production is completed in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The stand is fully assembled and checked there before it travels; road freight, customs and the ATA Carnet are ours.
