What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Can you hang a solar panel on the stand?

Yes. We take the panel's dimensions and weight and produce a reinforced wall fixing or a tilted rack; the spotlights are angled so the glass does not throw light into the visitor's eyes. We test it with a real panel at the trial assembly.

Can we show inverters and charging units running?

Yes. We take the total load and the connection type at quote stage and file the electrical application with the hall management ourselves. Cables run inside the product wall, so nothing is visible from the front.

What are the height and rigging rules at CNR Expo?

They are set out in the hall management's technical file. We follow it and, where a tall structure or ceiling rigging is needed, obtain the approval on your behalf.

Who builds the stand, and when do we take it over?

Our own crew builds and dismantles it. The stand goes through a trial assembly in Beylikdüzü and travels to CNR from there; we walk it together the day before opening and hand it over with a written guarantee.

A solar panel on a stand is either hung on a wall or set on a tilted rack; either way there is weight and a glass surface to deal with. When we draw for SolarEX we treat the panel as a structural element first and then position the lighting so that it does not bounce off the glass. In 2025 we built the 110 square metre custom timber stand for Solinved at CNR Expo.

What we do for you at SolarEX

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at CNR Expo with our own crew and dismantle it at the close. The technical file for the hall management, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours.

An energy stand carries three product groups and each wants a different surface. For panels we produce a tilted rack or a reinforced wall fixing; for inverters and charging units we draw a product wall with the cables running inside it; for mounting systems we build a roof section that shows the product fitted on a real profile. A closed room for dealer and investor meetings with a kitchen corner behind it is usual; on large plots the meeting rooms can go upstairs.

Stands we have built at this fair

In 2025 we built the 110 square metre custom timber stand for Solinved; on a plot that size we recommend custom timber for its seamless surfaces and free dimensions. In the same halls we built maxima stands for Hongfa and Eonus at EV Charge Show 2025. Which stand type

Custom timber build: as on the Solinved stand, for large plots where the panel wall and the meeting room are drawn as one piece; produced in the workshop, built in 2–5 days.
Maxima system: for small and medium plots and short lead times; panel racks added in timber, built in 1–3 days.
Double-decker stand: on large plots the meeting rooms go upstairs and the ground floor is left to the product; the technical file correspondence with the hall management is ours.

Timeline for the 2027 edition

The next fair runs 7–9 April 2027 at CNR Expo. We start 8 weeks out on 10 February 2027 with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file by 24 February; workshop production and print files by 10 March; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 31 March; build at CNR in fair week, handover walk on 6 April and dismantling on the evening of 9 April. Panel reflection under the lights is tested with the real product at the trial assembly. For later starts we work out an accelerated programme.
