Exhibition stands at Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre

A company taking a place in the exhibition area of a congress at Lütfi Kırdar, or putting a sponsor stand in the auditorium foyer, does not want a fair-hall stand from us. It wants a presentation area that fits the congress programme, goes up in the morning, comes down at the close and carries the brand properly in between. We produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it on site with our own crew and dismantle it when the event ends. Exhibition hall, foyer or the space in front of the auditorium: the layout is drawn to whichever area you have.

Event stands at Lütfi Kırdar: our experience

In a convention and exhibition venue the set-up window is narrow; the slot given by the event organiser is mostly the day before, sometimes the same morning. Loading rules, power points and set-up hours are followed from the organiser’s technical file; we do not guess a rule we do not know, we get the file in advance. The stand goes through a trial assembly and a lighting test in the workshop, so only the assembly remains on site.

Our congress exhibition, launch and showroom work is described on the showroom and events page. An example on the same scale: in 2025 we built an 8 square metre timber event stand for Forma Makina at Çırağan Palace, a piece that carried the whole brand in a small area. The same approach applies to the exhibition area at Lütfi Kırdar. The city’s exhibition venues and fair calendar are on our Istanbul page; for a full-scale fair stand there is our Tüyap page.

Which stand type

  • Custom timber build: an uninterrupted surface specific to your brand for a sponsor stand or a launch; applied from 8 square metres upwards, produced in the workshop and built on site in a short time.
  • Portable stand: for a small space in the foyer, a set one person puts up quickly; the right choice when a catalogue table and a back wall are enough.
  • Maxima system: for companies taking a larger area in the exhibition hall, printed panels on an aluminium grid; built in 1–3 days.

Fill in the quote form with the event name, date, floor area and programme; the first concept comes free within 48 hours.

How we work

The order is the same as for a fair stand: brief, first concept with a three-dimensional visual, written budget in three options, design approval, workshop production and print, trial assembly, assembly on site. Because the event calendar is short the steps are compressed. Build and dismantling by our own crew, delivery backed by a written guarantee.

Frequently asked

How much time is needed for the build at a congress exhibition?
It depends on the window given by the organiser, often a day or a few hours. Because the stand arrives finished and trial-assembled from the workshop, only the assembly is done on site.
Who follows the venue rules and the power connection?
We do. We obtain the event organiser’s technical file, plan loading hours and power points from it and submit the power request through that file.
Can we show the product running at a launch?
Yes. We ask for the weight and the power requirement in the quote and draw the plinth and the cable route accordingly.
What should we send for a quote?
The event name and date, the size of the area allocated to you, the event programme and the organiser’s layout plan if there is one. Tell us what you will show and the first concept is drawn around it; the first concept is free of charge.
