Aluexpo 2027 stand builder
An aluminium producer or processor who comes to us for Aluexpo gets one thing: the whole stand, from the first drawing to the dismantling. Profiles, sheets and extrusion samples are both heavy and long, so we draw the stand to carry that product, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü and build it at CNR Expo with our own crew. When the fair closes we take it down as well; you collect your samples and leave.
What we do for you at Aluexpo
The fair takes place at CNR Expo Istanbul; the venue has 11 halls and 98,000 square metres of covered space. We handle the technical file for the hall management, the rigging and electricity applications, the graphics and the print. Our workshop is close to the fairground, which means a graphic panel that changes at the last minute can still be produced and fitted on the morning of the opening.
On an aluminium stand the product does the talking. We draw a display wall that shows a six metre profile standing upright, shelving that brings extrusion sections to eye level and an internally lit showcase for machined parts. If you are showing anodised or coated surfaces we choose the lighting for it: under warm light natural aluminium looks yellowish, and we check that in the lighting test at the workshop. For heavy items the display wall gets a steel reinforcement behind it and the weight goes into the first drawing.
Stands we have built at this fair
Our published work in the aluminium sector is the 38 square metre maxima stand for Alkor. On a plot of that size we fit a profile wall, a meeting table and a closed kitchen corner into one plan. Which stand type
- Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. For a three-day fair such as Aluexpo, where build time is short, this is what we recommend most often.
- Custom timber build: 20 to 500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. The route to take when you need uninterrupted surfaces and heavy fixings.
- Island and corner stands: on plots with two or more open sides we turn the profile wall towards the aisle.
Timeline
Aluexpo runs from 23 to 25 September 2027. A comfortable programme starts on 29 July with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and the technical file go to the hall on 12 August; workshop production and print files start on 26 August; the trial assembly and lighting test at the workshop happen on 16 September. Build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 22 September and dismantling on the evening of 25 September. - When and where is Aluexpo 2027?
- Aluexpo 2027 takes place 23–25 September 2027 at CNR Expo Istanbul (Istanbul). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
- When should a stand for Aluexpo 2027 be ordered?
- Starting by 29 July 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 26 August 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
- Have you built at Aluexpo before?
- Yes; 1 of our stands are listed on this page. Each project states the year, floor area and stand type; we know the hall rules and build hours from that work.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Can you hang long profiles and heavy extrusions on the stand?
- Yes. The display wall is fixed to a steel-reinforced back structure, and we ask for the weight and length of your products at the quote stage so the structure is drawn for them.
- What do we need to do about stand height and rigging at CNR Expo?
- Nothing; we follow the hall regulations for you. The height limit, the ceiling rigging and the electricity application are prepared in the technical file and sent to the hall management by us.
- Who builds the stand and how many days does it take in the hall?
- Our own crew. The stand is assembled once in the workshop before it travels to the hall; a maxima system takes 1–3 days on site, a custom timber build 2–5 days. The day before opening we walk the stand together and hand it over with a written guarantee.
- We want to run a machine on the stand. What about power and floor load?
- We take the weight and the power requirement of the machine at the start; the floor load limit and the three-phase electricity application go into the technical file. If the machine needs its own platform we produce it in the workshop.
