What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Do you take the stand to Germany yourselves, and what happens at customs?

Yes. We arrange the freight, the ATA Carnet and the customs formalities on both sides; the stand goes from Beylikdüzü to Messe Düsseldorf under one contract. If you would like your samples to travel on the same lorry we plan that at quote stage.

Can you hang long, heavy profiles on the stand?

Yes. We draw the profile wall to the length of your product, calculate the weight and use reinforced fixings. Very long samples go horizontally onto a lit sample table, with separate lighting for the section.

Who builds the stand at Messe Düsseldorf?

Our own crew travelling from Beylikdüzü builds and dismantles it, with our Aachen office supporting on site. Hall rules, build hours and height approvals are handled by us in correspondence with the hall management.

Who do we call if something goes wrong during the fair?

Our Aachen office is your contact inside Germany. Our crew walks the stand with you the day before opening, hands it over with a written guarantee and is back for dismantling at the close.

ALUMINIUM Düsseldorf 2026 stand builder: design and build

For a Turkish aluminium producer heading to Düsseldorf, the stand itself is rarely the problem; getting it there is. We take that whole part on. The stand is produced in Beylikdüzü, goes to Germany by lorry, clears customs on an ATA Carnet arranged by us and is built at Messe Düsseldorf by our own crew. The stands we built here in 2025 for Alfa Metal and Eksen Al travelled that route.

What we do for you at ALUMINIUM Düsseldorf

We draw the stand, produce it in the workshop, run the trial assembly in Beylikdüzü and load the lorry. Fair logistics are ours: freight, ATA Carnet, customs on both sides, the technical file and the hall applications at Messe Düsseldorf. Our Aachen office supports us on the German side, so you have a local contact in build week. When the fair closes we dismantle the stand ourselves.

The product on an aluminium stand is long and heavy: profiles, extrusions, sheet. We draw the profile wall to the length of your product, use reinforced fixings for the heavy samples and add a lit sample table for showing sections. Aluminium reflects, so we bring the light down onto the product and keep the background matt; people should see the profile, not the glare.

Stands we have built at this fair

In 2025 we built the 96 square metre maxima stand for Alfa Metal; the project page has six photographs. The same year we built the 42 square metre maxima stand for Eksen Al. Our work with Alfa Metal goes back further: in 2024 we also produced a 60 square metre custom timber stand for them. Which stand type

We send both types to Germany; the choice usually comes down to plot size and lorry volume:

Maxima system: as on the Alfa Metal and Eksen Al stands; profiles and panels load compactly, built in Düsseldorf in 1–3 days.
Custom timber build: for brands that want seamless surfaces and free dimensions; produced in the workshop, built in the hall in 2–5 days.
Island and corner stands: the profile wall faces the aisle on the open sides.

Timeline for the 2026 edition

The fair runs 6–8 October 2026. Trial assembly and dispatch fall on the same day, allowing for the lorry's days on the road. Brief and 3D 8 weeks out, design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print at 4 weeks, trial assembly and dispatch at 1 week, build at Messe Düsseldorf in fair week and the handover walk the day before opening. If you are behind that schedule we tell you plainly what is still possible; an accelerated maxima programme usually makes it.
