Exhibition stands in Munich

Through Messe München, Munich is a centre for heavy machinery, construction equipment and technology fairs. For companies exhibiting from Türkiye the decisive constraints here are floor loading capacity and machine-in hours: if a heavy product is going on display, the stand is planned around where the machine sits, not the other way round. German venues document stand height, rigging, electrical supply and fire classification separately, and application deadlines fall weeks before the fair. We handle that paperwork and the correspondence with the organiser. All we ask of the exhibitor is timely decisions, particularly where a double-decker stand or suspended rigging is involved. Part of the Munich grounds opens onto outdoor space. A stand built outdoors falls into a different structural class: wind load, ground fixing and weather all enter the calculation. Trying to solve an indoor hall and an outdoor plot with the same drawing is a common mistake. Production is completed in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The stand is fully assembled there, goes through a lighting and fitting test, is dismantled and sent by road. Customs time on European routes is short but never zero, and a delay cannot be recovered, so production closes noticeably earlier. Our own crew installs.
