Most companies that come to us for Nuremberg have already booked their space and want to know two things: how the stand gets there and who builds it in the hall. Both are ours. We draw the stand in Istanbul, build it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, truck it to Germany and put it up at Messezentrum Nürnberg with the same crew that made it. You arrive on the morning of the opening with your products.
What we do at Nuremberg fairs
Our most recent stand in the city is the Ağaoğlu Silah stand at IWA OutdoorClassics 2025, 60 square metres on the maxima system at Messezentrum Nürnberg. For an exhibitor showing firearms and hunting equipment the lockable display cases, the product hangers and the light falling on each item decide the design; on this kind of stand we let the aluminium grid behind the panels carry the product load rather than the panel face. We follow three fairs in Nuremberg, all held at Messezentrum Nürnberg: IWA OutdoorClassics on 4–7 March 2027, the European Coatings Show on 27–29 April 2027 and FACHPACK on 21–23 September 2027. Freight, customs and local support
Before the stand leaves the workshop we assemble it once, switch on the lights, then label every part and load the truck. Temporary export from Turkey to Germany runs on an ATA Carnet: we issue it, we follow it through customs on both sides, and the stand returns to Turkey on the same document after the fair. Our Aachen office provides support on the German side during build-up week. The technical file, the electricity order and the rigging permit are settled weeks before build-up; the truck leaves one week before the fair.
Which stand type for Nuremberg
- Custom timber build: uninterrupted surfaces, dimensions drawn for your brand, reinforced structure for heavy products; 2–5 days of build-up in the hall.
- Maxima system: printed panels on an aluminium grid, built in 1–3 days. The Ağaoğlu Silah stand was maxima, and it is our first suggestion when build-up days are short.
- Island and corner stands: on plots with two or three open sides we turn the product wall towards the aisle.

Logistics note
For installations abroad, freight, ATA Carnet and customs are handled by Akros; the stand is produced in the Istanbul workshop and shipped to the hall.

- Yes: Messezentrum Nürnberg. Hall rules vary by fair; we submit the technical file to the organiser.
- When should a stand for Nuremberg be ordered?
- At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
- What determines the price?

- When does the stand leave for Nuremberg?
- Road freight leaves the workshop one week before the fair; that margin covers customs and the delivery slots at the hall. The departure date is written into the schedule at the start and production is planned backwards from it. If you want your products on the same truck we add them to the carnet.
- Who deals with customs and the ATA Carnet?
- We do. The parts list of the stand goes on the carnet, we follow the procedure at the Turkish exit and the German entry, and after dismantling the stand travels back on the same carnet. There is nothing for you to prepare.
- Is the build-up done by your own crew?
- Yes, the crew that builds the stand in Beylikdüzü travels to Nuremberg. Build-up and dismantling hours come from the documents of Messezentrum Nürnberg and the organiser; we walk the stand with you the day before opening and hand it over in writing.
- Is language a problem in Germany?
- No. We handle the correspondence with the hall management and the organiser, and our Aachen office provides support on the German side. You keep talking to us in Turkish or English, whichever you prefer.
