Intersolar Europe 2027 stand builder

General view of the Gms stand at the fair 2025 in Münih: a 153 sqm maxima system build.

When a module, inverter or mounting system manufacturer from Turkey comes to us for Intersolar we draw the stand around the product: a frame that shows the module at roof pitch, a lit wall that brings the inverter to eye level, a sample roof on which the mounting rail is fitted at full scale. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, sent to Munich by lorry under an ATA Carnet with customs handled by us, and built at Messe München by our own crew.

What we do for you at Intersolar Europe

The fair takes place at Messe München, which has 18 halls and 200,000 square metres of covered space. Our Aachen office handles the German-language correspondence with the hall management, the crew access and the on-site support. The technical file, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours; freight is part of our exhibition logistics service.

On a solar stand the module is large and flat, and a module leaning against a wall says nothing. So we show it at roof pitch on a free-standing frame with the mounting system left visible behind it. The glass surface reflects the hall lighting; we position the spots so the reflection does not hit the visitor's eye and check that in the lighting test at the workshop. For a three-day fair a meeting room with a closing door at the back and a table wide enough to open a technical drawing at the front go into the plan.

Stands we have built at this fair and in Munich

Our Intersolar project is not yet published on the site. In the same halls we work at bauma and BAU Munich; our freight and build routine for Munich comes from there. On the energy side we also build stands for SolarEX in Istanbul and Middle East Energy in Dubai, and our energy industry page lists the work.

Which stand type

  • Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. Our first recommendation for stands going to Germany by lorry that need a fast build for a three-day fair.
  • Custom timber build: 20 to 500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. The route when a sample roof and uninterrupted surfaces are wanted.
  • Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, with the module frame on the open side facing the aisle.

Timeline

Intersolar Europe runs from 8 to 10 June 2027. Because we set aside a week for freight, the calendar moves forward: the brief, the 3D visual and the budget on 13 April; design approval and the technical file to Munich on 27 April; workshop production and print files on 11 May; the trial assembly, lighting test and loading of the lorry on 1 June. Build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 7 June and dismantling on the evening of 10 June. Put your floor area and the number of modules you plan to show into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.

Frequently asked

When and where is Intersolar Europe 2027?
Intersolar Europe 2027 takes place 8–10 June 2027 at Messe München (Munich). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
When should a stand for Intersolar Europe 2027 be ordered?
Starting by 13 April 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 11 May 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
Can you show the module at roof pitch together with the mounting system?
Yes. The free-standing frame is produced in the workshop and the mounting rail is fitted at full scale; we take the module weight and dimensions at the quote stage.
Who handles the freight and customs?
We do. The stand leaves under an ATA Carnet, travels to Munich by lorry and returns to Turkey on the same carnet after the fair. Your modules can be planned on the same lorry; their papers stay on your side.
Who builds the stand in Germany?
Our own crew travelling from Turkey, with on-site support from our Aachen office. The stand leaves the workshop after a trial assembly and test, and stands in the hall within 1–3 days. The day before opening we walk it together and hand it over with a written guarantee.
We want to show a working inverter or charging unit. What about the power supply?
Send us the power rating of the product; we file the electricity application in the technical file and request a three-phase line if needed. We follow the hall's electrical regulations for you.
