Energy trade fair stands

What we do for you at energy fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. The power plan is part of the stand: how many kilowatts to which device, whether three-phase is needed, which product wants an uninterrupted circuit, all written into the technical file so we obtain the connection from the hall management ourselves. Graphics and print, lighting and furniture are ours. For a charger we draw a plinth anchored to the floor; your unit arrives on the last build day with the plinth and circuit waiting for it.

The power rating and model are printed in large type right next to the product, and a separate closed corner is kept for technical conversations. For fairs abroad we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs; for Germany our Aachen office gives local support on the German side.

Which energy fairs we work at

All three of our jobs in this sector are at CNR Expo Istanbul. In 2025 we built the 110 square metre custom timber stand for Solinved at SolarEX Istanbul and, at EV Charge Show, the maxima stands for Hongfa on 28 square metres and Eonus on 25 square metres. EV Charge Show is next on 26–28 November 2026 and SolarEX on 7–9 April 2027, both at CNR. In Germany, Intersolar Europe runs 8–10 June 2027 at Messe München; for Middle East Energy in Dubai we work with freight and customs included.

Which stand type for an energy stand

• Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. The Solinved stand was this type; in this type the panel wall, cable duct and closed meeting room are produced in one body.
• Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days. The Hongfa and Eonus stands were this system; in this system the charger plinth is produced separately and fixed to the grid.
• Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days. The charger in the centre, the panel wall facing the aisle.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the power ratings of the equipment you will bring; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and three-dimensional; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. Starting 8 weeks before the fair gives a comfortable schedule: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week.
