Exhibition stand builders in Izmir
Working with us for a fair in Izmir means the stand is produced in Istanbul and arrives in Izmir ready to build. We produce it in our Beylikdüzü workshop, assemble it once with a lighting test before it ships, bring it to Izmir by road and build it in the hall with our own crew. What remains on your side is bringing your products and your team; we walk the stand together the day before opening.
What we do at Izmir fairs
The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides come in; within 48 hours we send the first concept as a three-dimensional visual, free of charge. After approval we submit the technical file to the organiser, handle graphics and print and draw the electrical and lighting plan. The hall's height limit, rigging rule and build hours arrive with the organiser's file; we read the file and draw the stand to match.
We work with food and beverage, agriculture, machinery, textile and furniture companies, and the industry pages list which fairs we have built at: food and beverage, agriculture, machinery and industry. To date we have delivered close to 400 projects and built more than 25,000 square metres, all on the projects page with photographs. Exhibitors from outside Turkey get the same service in Izmir: one contract, one contact in English, our crew in the hall for the build and the dismantling.
Freight from Istanbul and the build schedule
A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly and shipping at 1 week. The freight day goes into the schedule, and the build crew is in Izmir on the same day as the truck. When the fair closes we dismantle the stand and take it back. Your products can travel on the same truck; the details are on the exhibition logistics page. If a job comes in later we first tell you what can still be done, then run an accelerated programme.
Which stand type for Izmir
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. For heavy products and an uninterrupted surface; the freight volume is larger, so we start 8 weeks ahead.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build. Small freight volume over a long road; our first suggestion when the calendar is tight.
- Modular stand: 9–150 square metres, 1–2 days to build; for small plots and short fairs.

Frequently asked
- When should a stand for Izmir be ordered?
- At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
- What determines the price?
- Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.
- How many days before the fair does the truck leave?
- We calculate it from the hall's build start; the stand is loaded after the trial assembly and the build crew is in Izmir on the same day. The dates are written into the schedule that comes with the quote.
- Who builds and dismantles the stand?
- Our own crew. During the fair you reach us by phone; at the close the dismantling is ours and you collect your products and leave.
- Can you put a heavy product or a running machine on the stand?
- Yes. Give us the weight and dimensions in the quote request; we draw the floor load, the plinth and the power supply in the first step of the design and obtain the approval from the hall management.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates, the floor area in square metres and the number of open sides, plus a floor plan if you have one. Put it into the quote form; the first concept is free, the budget frame comes in three options and the scope is written item by item.
