Exhibition stand builders in Dubai
Companies exhibiting in Dubai usually want to bring their stand from Istanbul because they want the workshop they know, the design they signed off and the crew they have met at build-up. That is what we do: the stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, shipped to Dubai by sea or air and built at Dubai World Trade Centre by our own crew. Customs and the correspondence with the organiser are ours as well.
What we do at Dubai fairs
Dubai World Trade Centre, with 17 halls and 105,000 square metres, is our main venue in the Gulf, and the three fairs we follow are all held there. Gulfood Manufacturing runs on 3–5 November 2026; for a company bringing food processing machinery we put the floor load, the power supply and the water connection into the plan first, and the food and beverage page describes what we do on those stands. Big 5 Global runs on 23–26 November 2026; for building material producers we draw the heavy sample wall on a reinforced structure, with details on the building page. Freight, customs and local support
A stand does not travel to Dubai by road; we choose sea or air freight according to the schedule and the volume of the stand. Sea freight needs an earlier departure, so for Dubai we bring production forward compared with a European fair and write the shipping date into the schedule from the start. We issue the ATA Carnet for temporary import, follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into Dubai, and bring the dismantled stand back on the same document after the fair. The organiser's technical file, the electricity order and the height approval are written by us. We know how timber and surface finishes behave in a hot climate and choose materials accordingly. Which stand type for Dubai
- Custom timber build: uninterrupted surfaces, dimensions drawn for your brand, reinforced walls for heavy samples; 2–5 days of build-up in the hall.
- Maxima system: aluminium grid with printed panels; light enough to make air freight worthwhile, built in 1–3 days.
- Island and corner stands: on plots with several open sides we turn the product towards the aisle.

- Do you build at the fair venues in Dubai?
- Yes: Dubai World Trade Centre. Hall rules vary by fair; we submit the technical file to the organiser.
- When should a stand for Dubai be ordered?
- At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
- What determines the price?
- Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.
- Can we get a quote for the upcoming fairs in Dubai?
- Yes. The link next to each fair in the calendar opens a quote form with the fair name and dates already filled in; add the floor area and stand type and send it.
- Does the stand go to Dubai by sea or by air?
- Either. We choose according to the schedule and the volume of the stand: sea freight leaves earlier, air freight leaves later and carries less volume. Both options are written into the quote and the decision is taken together.
- Who handles customs and the ATA Carnet in Dubai?
- We do. The parts list goes on the carnet, we follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into Dubai, and if your products travel with the stand we add their list to the carnet. There is nothing for you to prepare.
- Who builds the stand in Dubai?
- The crew that produces it in Beylikdüzü travels to Dubai. Build-up and dismantling hours come from the organiser's and Dubai World Trade Centre's documents; we walk the stand with you the day before opening and hand it over in writing.
- When should we start?
- Earlier than for a European fair. Because shipping takes longer, the design should start at least 8 weeks before the fair and production is brought forward to match. If you come to us later we first tell you what can still be done with air freight.
