Exhibition stands in Dubai

Through the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai carries the busiest fair calendar in the Gulf and is the main gateway to the Middle East and Africa for companies exhibiting from Türkiye. Because the visitor profile is multinational, the stand has to speak to several markets at once rather than to a single one. Stand drawings here go through the venue’s technical approval: submissions are required for height, double-decker structures, rigging and fire classification, and approval takes time after filing. We run that process; what we need from the exhibitor is early design decisions. The freight route decides the whole schedule. Sea freight is more economical but slow and cannot be planned close to the fair date; air freight is fast but limited in volume and priced differently. We decide between them by looking at stand size and calendar together. Customs formalities and the ATA Carnet are ours. Production is completed in our Istanbul workshop, and the stand is fully assembled and checked there before it ships. On long routes this step is not negotiable: a missing part cannot be recovered on site. Our own crew installs.
