Chemicals trade fair stands

At chemicals fairs the strictest item in the hall regulations is material. Panels, finishes and textiles used on the stand must carry a fire classification certificate; uncertified material is turned away during build-up and there is no time left to find a replacement. So we select materials on the basis of their certification and put the certificates in the file before build-up. Sample display is a separate matter. Showing liquid or powder samples in the open is restricted in most halls; closed cases, lockable cabinets and, where needed, ventilation belong in the plan. Showing the application rather than the substance itself — a coated surface, a treated fabric, a cross-section of a cast sample — is both safer and commercially more effective in this sector. Visitors to chemicals fairs arrive with technical knowledge and want to leave with more of it. How technical documents are arranged, where the product data sheets sit and where the technical staff are seated are part of the design; a brochure rack is not an accessory added afterwards. Production is completed in our Istanbul workshop and the stand is fully assembled and checked before it ships. Material certificates, the fire classification declaration and the correspondence with the organiser are ours; our own crew installs.
