At Russian fairs the difficulty lies not in the design but in paperwork and timing. Customs processes take longer than in Europe, so for Moscow jobs we close the production schedule earlier than usual and put the stand on the road sooner. Our two builds here sat on 40 m² and 48 m² plots, both in custom timber. One was open on three sides; rather than funnelling visitors arriving from three directions into a single entrance axis, we set a gathering area at the centre of the stand. Freight, customs and in-hall logistics run under a single contract. The exhibitor does not need to sign with a separate local contractor in Moscow.
Dates come from the organisers’ official sites; past fairs drop off the list. The link on each row opens a quote form with the fair name and dates filled in.

Our quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting, because two stands of the same size can differ a lot.
For installations abroad, freight, ATA Carnet and customs are handled by Akros; the stand is produced in the Istanbul workshop and shipped to the hall.
Send the fair name, dates and your floor area; the first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days. The concept is free of charge.
