Trade show booth builder in Atlanta

Overall view of the Er Bakır stand at Interwire 2025, with a dark grey structural frame, timber-clad columns and rows of ceiling spotlights.

Atlanta is the city where we have built in the United States: in 2025 we made the 54 square metre custom timber stand (or booth, as the organiser calls it) for Er Bakır at Interwire. The stand was produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, shipped to the US, built at Georgia World Congress Center by our own crew and dismantled when the fair closed. Every new Atlanta job builds on that experience.

What we do at Atlanta fairs

The Er Bakır stand at Interwire 2025 in Atlanta was a 54 square metre custom timber build for a company exhibiting at a wire and cable fair; on this kind of job we draw a reinforced display surface for heavy reels and sample wire in the first step of the design. The project page carries 14 images. Other stands we have built for wire, cable and mining companies are on the industry page.

The fair we follow is Interwire; the next edition runs on 4–6 May 2027 at Georgia World Congress Center. For a company returning to the same fair we take the design from scratch, because each stand is produced for one fair. Our other US work is on the United States page; for the firearms and hunting fair see the Las Vegas page.

Freight, customs and local support

A stand travels to the US by sea or air; the choice follows the schedule and the volume of the stand. Sea freight needs an earlier departure, so for US jobs we bring production forward well ahead of a European timetable and confirm the shipping date in writing at the quote stage. We issue the ATA Carnet for temporary import, follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into the US, and bring the dismantled stand back on the same document after the fair. At US fairs some of the work inside the hall belongs to the organiser's appointed local contractors; at the technical file stage we set out which tasks our own crew does and which go to the local crew under hall rules, and write the scope item by item. The freight steps are on the exhibition logistics page.

Which stand type for Atlanta

  • Custom timber build: the Er Bakır stand was this type; for jobs that need uninterrupted surfaces and a reinforced structure for heavy products; 2–5 days of build-up in the hall.
  • Maxima system: aluminium grid with printed panels; light enough to make air freight worthwhile, built in 1–3 days.
  • Island and corner stands: on plots with several open sides we turn the product towards the aisle.

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides through the quote form; within 48 hours you receive a free first concept and a written budget in three options.

What determines the price

Our quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting, because two stands of the same size can differ a lot.

  • Floor area and the number of open sides
  • Stand type: custom timber or maxima system
  • Height, suspended ceiling and rigging needs
  • Fittings such as lighting, screens and furniture
  • Venue rules and build hours
  • Freight distance and customs

Logistics note

For installations abroad, freight, ATA Carnet and customs are handled by Akros; the stand is produced in the Istanbul workshop and shipped to the hall.

Frequently asked

Do you build at the fair venues in Atlanta?
Yes: Georgia World Congress Center. Hall rules vary by fair; we submit the technical file to the organiser.
When should a stand for Atlanta be ordered?
At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
What determines the price?
Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.
Can we get a quote for the upcoming fairs in Atlanta?
Yes. The link next to each fair in the calendar opens a quote form with the fair name and dates already filled in; add the floor area and stand type and send it.
Can you put heavy reels and sample wire on the stand?
Yes. On this kind of stand the display surface is reinforced for the weight of the reels; we ask for the weight and size of your products at the quote stage and draw the structure to match. The hall floor limit is checked in the technical file.
When should the stand leave for the US?
Well ahead of a European fair. With sea freight we bring production forward and write the shipping date into the schedule at the quote stage. The design should start at least 8 weeks before the fair, and for the US we prefer earlier.
Who handles US customs and the ATA Carnet?
We do. The parts list of the stand goes on the carnet and we follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into the US; if your products travel with the stand we add their list to the carnet. There is nothing for you to prepare.
Who builds the stand at Georgia World Congress Center?
The crew that produced it. At US fairs some tasks inside the hall may belong to the organiser's local contractor; we settle this at the technical file stage. We walk the stand with you the day before opening, hand it over in writing and dismantle it at the close.
