Textile trade fair stands
A textile buyer picks up the fabric, holds it to the light and checks the colour against the card. We build the stand for that moment: lighting chosen to the colour temperature your cards were made under, a rack wall that carries the weight of the rolls, a full-height drop to show the drape, and a closed meeting room so the collection is not on view to the whole aisle. A textile stand is a sample room rather than a shop window, and that is how we draw it.
What we do for you at textile fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and dismantle it when the fair closes. The hanging rails, roll racks and sample tables are made in the workshop, so there is somewhere to hang every piece the moment your fabric reaches the hall. Graphics, print and the technical file for the hall management are ours. For fairs abroad we run the stand freight, the ATA Carnet and customs; your collection travels on its own export papers.
Light takes most of our time on a fabric stand. The same cloth drifts yellow under warm light and blue under cool light, and a buyer holding a colour card sees it at once. We ask which light your cards were prepared under and choose the fittings to match. Roll weight is the second question: upholstery rolls are heavy, so the rack and the rail are reinforced for them. Full-height hanging for curtains, a floor and a mirror for mannequins: all on the plan from the start.
Which textile fairs we work at
Most textile fairs we build for are in Istanbul; the Tüyap and CNR Expo halls are described on our Istanbul page. For textile and technical textile fairs in Germany, our Aachen office gives local support, with freight and customs handled by us.
Which stand type for a textile stand
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. Uninterrupted surfaces, recessed roll shelving and a closed meeting room from a single hand.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. The rack wall is fixed to the aluminium grid; our choice when the calendar is tight.
- Country pavilion: 100–2000 square metres, built in 4–10 days. Several companies under one roof in a national participation.
How we work
Fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides; within 48 hours you get a free first concept in three dimensions and a written budget in three options, scope itemised. Start 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly and lighting test at 1. Bring a fabric sample to the lighting test; that is where the colour is checked. The quote form is here.

Frequently asked
- How do you make sure the fabric colour matches the card on the stand?
- We ask for the colour temperature your cards were prepared under and select the fittings to it. At the trial assembly in our workshop we hang your fabric sample and check the light together, so there is no surprise in the hall.
- Can you hang heavy fabric rolls?
- Yes. Put the weight of the upholstery and curtain rolls in the brief and the rack wall and shelving are reinforced accordingly. Full-height drops use the stand height up to the hall’s limit.
- We do not want everyone to see the collection. Can you build a closed area?
- We can. A meeting room with a door that is not visible from the aisle, with its own rails, table and lighting. The outside of the stand shows the brand; the collection opens to the buyer inside.
- When should we start?
- Starting 8 weeks before the fair for a custom timber build, or 4 weeks for a maxima system, gives a comfortable schedule. Fairs abroad add transit time, so start earlier; if a job comes in late we first tell you what can still be done.
