Exhibition stands in Russia

At Russian fairs the difficulty lies not in the design but in paperwork and timing. Customs takes longer than in Europe, so for Moscow jobs we close the production schedule earlier and put the stand on the road sooner. Both builds were custom timber. One sat on a plot open on three sides; rather than funnelling visitors arriving from three directions into a single entrance axis, we set a gathering area at the centre of the stand. Freight, customs and in-hall logistics run under a single contract, so the exhibitor does not need to sign with a separate local contractor in Moscow.
